A very special moment for all of us this past Friday! “Smells like she’s writing a bestseller” - A candle from my best friend for my birthday 🥳 we love a supportive queen.

Did you know we only have 11 days until my book is launched?! And only 24 days until the release party!!! 🎉🐸 Manifesting, wishing, hoping and wishing some more that you will be there!

To get into my feels a bit, because Minkus seems to bring me there: I have been keeping a positive outlook on how this book launch is going to go, but of course there are times where I don’t believe it will go as planned. The only thing I keep hanging onto is that I put my whole self into this. Did I make a book that is top-notch illustrations, perfect editing and perfect writing? No, I don’t believe I did. I think that is the most beautiful thing about Minkus the Mage. I believed I could write a book, and publish it myself, even with the mindset sometimes that I am an awful artist. But I had a vision: I needed Minkus to be something bigger than my negative thoughts. I needed Minkus to be hand drawn, and I needed him to be colored outside the lines. I dread the thought that someone would say something negative about Minkus, but in the back of my mind, I know that I am here, putting myself out there, and I know MANY people who wouldn’t dare. I did what I wanted to do, I set my goals and accomplished them already. I made a book, flaws included, to share with the world.
