CALHOUN REC GIVING AWAY ITEMS FROM THEIR STORAGE ROOM: The Calhoun Recreation Department is cleaning out their storage closet and has a variety of items, such as sports equipment, hats, clothing, etc., set up in their Community Room they will be giving away for FREE. The public is invited to stop by Friday, May 31st from 9 a.m. - 7 p.m. and see what you can find! The Rec is located at 601 South River Street in Calhoun.

Our Allocation Panel Volunteers are busy visiting agencies to make recommendations for funding for 2024. Thank you to all of our volunteers for being . In 2023 our Partner Agencies provided 66,948 services to 6,742 individuals here in Gordon County. These services focused on education, basic needs, and health.
