Stuffed Bell Peppers Recipe ✅

1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. Cut tops off 4-6 bell peppers, remove seeds; trim bottoms to stand if necessary.
3. Cook 1 cup rice in 2 cups broth.
4. Sauté 1 chopped onion and 2 chopped carrots in oil; add 1/2 lb ground beef and 1/2 lb ground chicken; cook until browned; drain fat.
5. Mix in cooked rice, minced garlic (optional), and spices (e.g., cumin, paprika, salt, pepper).
6. Stuff peppers with mixture; place in baking dish.
7. Add 1/4 inch water to dish; cover with foil.
8. Bake 30-35 minutes. Optional toppings: tomato sauce, cheese.

Easy Homemade Borscht Recipe! 📌

Ingredients:
- Any kind of meat you like, onion, carrots, beets, cabbage, potatoes, tomatoes, garlic, vinegar, dill, sour cream

Instructions:
1. Cook onion and garlic until they smell nice.
2. Cook meat until brown, then add carrots and cook until soft.
3. Add beets, cabbage, and potatoes.
4. Pour in tomatoes and cook until veggies are soft.
5. Add vinegar, salt, and pepper to taste.
6. Serve hot with dill and sour cream on top.
