As the year comes to an end, so does our Fall 2022 Co-op cycle. With the current Co-op cycle coming to a close, we continued a cherished tradition of gathering together as a company to listen to their final presentations and learn about their projects, followed by a celebration. From everyone at Jounce, we want to thank them for their contributions and wish them good luck for their future!

Thanks to our Jimmy Fund team leaders and participants, we are so proud to announce we made the Jimmy Fund Walk Top 5 Corporate Team Rankings! We appreciate our volunteers and the opportunity to honor and support cancer patients in financial need.

No tricks, just treats at Jounce Therapeutics! So much Halloween fun was had, from a pumpkin decorating contest to our annual Skaryoke party.

The Interdepartmental Bonds Group (IDBG) held a career panel where four Jounce panelists shared stories, information, passion, and inspiration about their career paths to biotech. The IDBG hosts initiatives like this to increase visibility, strengthen bonds, and enrich empowerment between departments.

Recently we held a companywide Science Day, where we learned how each of our teams work together from research and discovery through clinical development to generate drug candidates to fight cancer. Not only was it educational, but we had a lot of fun reconnecting with each other throughout the day!

Last weekend Jouncers participated in our 7th Jimmy Fund Walk after several months of working together to raise funds through delicious in office bake sales and an amazing silent auction and raffle! We are so grateful for our company culture that supports great teamwork and patients in the fight against cancer!

Jounce is excited to sponsor this evening's WEST workshop on “The Power of Inclusive Conversations”. Our Chief Legal Officer and Executive D&I Sponsor, Jacqui Fahey Sandell, will be delivering the opening remarks and discuss the importance of inclusion and inclusive conversations.

Tomorrow is the American Cancer Society Bicycles Battling Cancer ride to honor cancer survivors, raise awareness and raise money to help fight cancer and save lives. We wish all those participating, including our Jounce cyclists, good luck in reaching their goals!

This is Jounce Therapeutics' 7th year participating in the Boston Marathon Jimmy Fund Walk! In alignment with our focus on Patients, we have opted to allocate our funds to the Patient and Family Assistance Fund. This program helps to ease the burden of a cancer diagnosis by providing financial assistance to families in need. One of many ways we raise money is through hosting bake sale events like this one!

We had an amazing Jounce Day of Service on August 9th, where more than 100 of our employees contributed 236 hours of their time to support 5 organizations across our communities! Thank you to Life Science Cares Boston for helping to coordinate this important day of community service. We ended our day with a Jounce Luau Party, which gave us all the chance to connect and share our experiences from the day.

Fun is one of our Jounce Core Values and we sure know how to have a lot of it! It was an awesome day for a Jounce BBQ with great food, terrific weather, exceptional company, and a few furry friends

Jounce's Cancer Hero Wall is dedicated to our family and friends, as a daily reminder of why we come to work each day and the potential impact we can have on patients’ lives.

We are proud of Lauren Badalucco and her efforts with Friendship Works, a Boston-based nonprofit reducing elder isolation by matching volunteers with older adults. WCVB Channel 5 did a feature story on Lauren and her friend, 89 year-old Cambridge resident, Nancy Clark Dodson. Jounce supports our employees and their volunteer work!

Everyone had a blast at our Enchanted Evening in The Secret Garden at the ICA recently! It was so great to connect and have fun together in person!

We celebrate Administrative Professionals Day and recognize the important contribution our team makes to enable Jounce to bring the right immunotherapy to the right patients
