IPL Plastics is currently looking for reliable, self-motivated MACHINE OPERATORS to join our growing plastics manufacturing team. You will work 3 days 1 week, 4 the next, providing a perfect work/life balance! This allows you to know your schedule a year in advance!

For this full-time position, individuals must be able to work overtime and weekends. Position requires standing for long periods of time doing fast-paced, repetitive work. Prior manufacturing or laborer experience is a plus.
