Is the order we are creating in the too entrapping and boring? I read with interest, “Men also have significantly higher rates of disruptive and impulse control disorders.”

Seriously? We are going to acknowledge that everything in the world interacts and see this fact in isolation? What structures in the world are leading to this disruption and what boredom is perpetuating this impulsivity?

Biology and environment both strongly determine how we act. “Disorders” are only disorders when the supposed order is entrapping and boring. Perhaps we need to create more structures to showcase the excitement of being alive, and allow people to experience this?
