With all the excitement about seasonal and limited flavors, it's sometimes easy to overlook the classics!✨️ You may not know it, but 9 out of our 10 year-round flavors are spins on classic ice cream flavors you know and love! While I post about them on occasion, I generally don't talk about them a ton because y'all love to hear what's new on our menu! It's got a little bit of everything you could love in an ice cream, and its made all the more vibrant with the local rhubarb we use. There's a reason some of our customers consider this their favorite flavor!😋

Pistachio Rose is back in our cabinets today!🤩 But it won't be on our menu for very long, as it's rotating out at the end of the month to make room for some new vegan flavors. If you want a scoop of 🌹petal magic🌹 to celebrate the coming end of spring, you know where to find us!🫡

In our curd era!😎🍋 We've been making gallons and gallons of lemon (and lime!) curd for our menu these past couple months, which is great for y'all and tough on our poor kitchen team's wrists...😅 At the moment, we've got vegan Lemon Bar (which has turned out to be quite the star, huh?) and Matcha Lemon, but the latter leaves our menu in the next couple weeks to make room for our June seasonals. Don't worry, though, we've got another lemon curd flavor coming in a few weeks...🍓🤫

🫒If you know you know...🫒 ORANGE OLIVE OIL BROWNIE is an olive oil ice cream infused with fresh orange zest and studded with chewy pieces of homemade brownie. Rich with some slight zing, pepperiness, and fruitiness to balance it out, this is a dynamic flavor for savoring late spring days. This one was such a hit last year, we had to bring it back for May!😋 P.S. I would not recommend drinking olive oil straight.

🌏Happy Earth Day, everyone!🌍 Today seems like the perfect day to talk about one of our favorite plant-based ice creams, Matcha Oat Latte! Made with homemade oat milk, this is one of our creamiest vegan flavors, and it's a delicious balance between earthy matcha and delicious sweetness.😋 Our mindset behind our vegan options is to make sure they're just as delicious as our dairy offerings, and this one certainly lives up to that philosophy!🍵 If you're interested in our small steps towards sustainability and doing our part to help the planet, check our stories later today, I'll be posting some of the ways we strive to be environmentally conscious!🫡

We've reached a LOT of new people over the last few months, so we figured now would be a good time to introduce (or reintroduce!) our business to a lot of y'all. I think we could all use this today...🌧🌨😅 THAI TEA is...well, a Thai Tea ice cream! Infused with actual Thai tea leaves (orange color and all!) and sweetened with condensed milk, this is a creamy and tasty scoop delectable in any weather. Thai tea is kind of a hard to pin taste, but I like to describe it as vanilla with some extra notes (like roasty tea-ness) to make it extra special. We're scooping this one for a couple months, get your fill!😋 P.S. This is the best Honeycomb flavor, bar none.

Salted Caramel Crackle had a good run for a few years, but we decided to ring in April with a brand-new classic flavor!✨️🍦✨️ SALTY SEA FOAM is a salty sweet ice cream folded with pieces of homemade seafoam candy. Inspired by warm days on Atlantic Ocean beaches with that crisp sea air, this flavor is perfectly balanced between salty and sweet, creamy and gooey with light crispness from the seafoam candy.🏖😋 Open your hearts and we're sure you'll love this flavor just as much as Salted Caramel Crackle! Thinking of sunnier days and Peppermint Crisp Tart ice cream! We've loved making this flavor (suggested by our customer Jana for last year's Create-a-Flavor contest!), it's very different from anything our menu while still being delectably sweet.😋 If you want to try a scoop of this, it'll be leaving our menu in April to make room for different flavors. Be sure to try it before it's gone!

That's right, we're making KULFI CAKEWICHES again this March!🌹🍰🥪 Inspired by the South Asian frozen dessert of the same name, our Kulfi Cakewich is cardamom ice cream sandwiched between two layers of homemade chocolate cake, dipped in white chocolate, and topped with dried rose petals from our friends at @curiospice and toasted pistachios! While not literally kulfi, this flavor combines a couple flavors you can find in the namesake dessert to make lightly floral, sweet, and nutty cakewich special for this time of year. We're heading into the weekend with a couple batches, but if we happen to sell out over the next couple of days rest assured we'll be making plenty more these next few weeks. P.S. For those of you who love kulfi or have more detailed knowledge, feel free to share it below! I spoke very broadly about it in the video to give context for the cakewich but my knowledge base is definitely limited. Regardless, we hope this special reminds you of kulfi!🙇🏼
