We've got quite a few of them in the cabinet at the moment, but nothing tastes quite like Lemon Bar ice cream! With shortbread pieces and lemon curd, it's like having a buttery, zesty lemon cookie a la mode. We're glad we developed a mix-in heavy vegan flavor that y'all love!😊

We know a lot of you love chocolate ice cream above all else, which is why we spin two* of them year-round! Milk Chocolate Stracciatella and Chocolate Sorbet are on our menu nearly all the time for a reason, and if you crave bittersweet, rich and creamy scoops they can't be beat!😋

LIMONADA SHERBET is a fresh lime sherbet (made with lime juice and zest!) sweetened with condensed milk. Inspired by Brazilian lemonade- limonada suíça (literally Swiss lemonade)- we've translated this creamy, bright drink into an ultra creamy, sublime scoop. Just the right touch of citrus and sweetness, this is perfect for those of you who want a dessert that's more refreshing.😋

To celebrate, we're collaborating with to bring you this fundraising flavor! Infused with a splash of their RI Red Vodka, PINK LEMONADE SORBET is a fresh lemon sorbet flavored with cherry and cranberry juices, rose petals, hibiscus, pink peppercorns, and rosemary. Bright, tangy, with a little extra specialness from the botanicals, this is a refreshing scoop for what's sure to be a warm Pride Month!💖😋

All proceeds from this flavor will be donated to a group that provides invaluable resources and assistance to trans individuals seeking asylum in the US. If this flavor isn't your jam- or if you'd like to donate directly- we'll be putting their link in our linktree today!

This Tuesday and next, we're building and serving our 🏖Beach Day🏖 ice cream tacos! They're vanilla waffle taco shells filled with coconut ice cream, dipped in white chocolate and homemade graham cracker sand, and topped with Italian buttercream waves and a mini umbrella! It's sweet, crunchy and creamy, perfect for pretending today is a beach day.😎

Just a friendly reminder we serve these on Tuesdays only on a first-come, first-serve basis. We make a limited number of these, so the earlier you stop by the better your chance of grabbing one!🫡

🌮Happy Taco Tuesday🌮

Today and next Tuesday we're serving our revamped 🥜🍌Peanut Butter & Banana🍌🥜 ice cream tacos! They're vanilla waffle shells filled with peanut butter ice cream and bruleed bananas, dipped and chocolate, and drizzled with more peanut butter!😋

In the past we've served these as "Elvis" tacos with bacon on top, but we've found most people prefer them without! We're still building today's tacos, so we're using an Elvis photo for this post. Keep your eyes on our stories for more updated footage!🫡

Summer is quite literally around the corner, and we've got a week of 80° weather headed our way tomorrow!☀️ If you want to beat the rush and enjoy a temperate spring day while we got it, stop by our shop for a scoop or two!🍨😋

As we head into summer, our floral flavor season starts drawing to a close!🥀🥲 But fret not, flower fans! Honey Lavender is a classic flavor for a reason, and we make it year-round for those of y'all who love a floral note to your scoops!😊

While it might be our most controversial classic, the people who get it get it! It's a cult hit in its own right, and it'll always have a place on our menu!💜

Who's celebrating the end of the week with something sweet?🍨

This month's employee special comes from our retail team member Erin and is inspired by the best slice of cheesecake she's ever had! ERIN'S MAY SUNDAE is a two homemade graham cookies served with two scoops of Brown Sugar Vanilla ice cream and topped with cherry compote and toasted marshmallow. This cookie sundae can't be missed, we're making them throughout May!😋

It's about time we talk about this tasty scoop!😋

BANANA RUM CARAMEL is a roasted banana ice cream swirled with ribbons of homemade rum caramel. The bananas we roast in-house lends this flavor a delightful combo of fruity and warm, and the gooey caramel has just the right amount of complexity to make the sweetness all the better.🍌🍦🤩

P.S. For those of you who don't consume alcohol, we add about a cup of rum to each gallon of caramel after it's done cooking. Some of the alcohol cooks off in the residual heat, but it does contain trace amounts of alcohol.🫡

We have a feeling this is just the kind of sunshine y'all need for this rainy day...🌞🍦

LEMON BAR is a vegan lemon ice cream layered with pieces of homemade vegan and gluten-free shortbread and ribbons of vegan lemon curd. Made with coconut cream and homemade oat milk, this is a bright, zesty and creamy flavor that tastes almost like a lemon sugar cookie!🍋😋

P.S. While the shortbread is gluten-free, the oats we make oat milk with are not certified gluten-free and may be cross contaminated with wheat at the manufacturer. We wanted to be transparent for those of y'all with dietary restrictions!🫡

This Taco Tuesday, we're serving our 💐May Flowers💐 ice cream taco! It's a chocolate waffle shell filled with our Matcha Lemon ice cream, dipped in dark chocolate, and topped with homemade chocolate cookie crunchies and handpiped buttercream flowers and leaves!🌹🌼🏵🌸😋

If you want a sunny taste of spring today, we're serving these on a first-come, first-serve basis until we sell out!🫡

Our COFFEE COOKIE CAKEWICHES are coffee ice cream sandwiched between two layers of chocolate chip cake, dipped in dark chocolate, and topped with homemade chocolate chip cookie crumbs. Rich, bittersweet, roasty, it's a crowd favorite cakewich whenever we make it.😋 We'll be making batches of these throughout May!

COFFEE CAKE is a coffee ice cream layered with pieces of homemade coffee cake, toasted pecans, streusel, and cinnamon caramel. Loaded with texture and full of coffee, spiced, sweet flavor, a scoop of this is like a slice of coffee cake dunked in a cup of coffee...except way less soggy.😅 Dare I say our best coffee flavor?🤔

P.S. It is very hard to describe this flavor without using the word coffee a million times.

As April draws to a close, our rotating flavors have started leaving the menu!👋🥲 Hojicha & Maple Taffy is gone, and Caramel Brookie and Orange Mango Sorbet will likely follow it today or tomorrow!
