Heirloom tomatoes are finally here (beauties from Cali now but local so soon)! Add ‘em to everything, and double them up on this open faced special: herby ricotta (basil, cilantro, parsley, chives), the toms, fancy EVOO and flaky salt.

There’s a new cream cheese on the block. This plant based spread is from the genius minds of and we love how it mimics the texture of real dairy cream cheese so beautifully. It’s made from cultured lentils and chickpeas! How do they do it?! The Garlic & Herb variety is very Alouette in the best way. Let us know what you think!

Going to have some guava/cream cheese pastelitos from available tomorrow (5/3)! These are traditional Cuban pastries. It’s a hand laminated puff pastry filled with house made guava paste and cream cheese. Add one (or a few) to your order starting at 7am tomorrow!

Preorder your weekend dozens online starting at 2pm, or just walk on in tomorrow. This is how we recommend freezing your bagels if you’ll get through them within a week or so. Slice ‘em, bag ‘em, toast from frozen!

We’ve got two types of pastelitos from today! First is a “Cubano” pastelito with all the delicious stuff from the Cubano sandwich in a handmade puff pastry. Second is the classic guava and cream cheese!!

It’s an everything bagel with honey rosemary cream cheese. And it’s delicious! Walk-in and order ‘em starting at 8am tomorrow OR preorder your dozen and spreads tonight on , bypass the line tomorrow, and make ‘em up your way at home! Online ordering is off all weekend during operating hours 😁.

You know what will go perfectly with all the specials we’ll have tomorrow (yes, Cubans are back)? Cucumber lemonade!!!! A lot of love (and ‘s hard work) goes into this refreshing cooler.
