Get Saucy! We have a couple new additions to our Sauce section! Yucatán Habanero! Is a new spicy offering made with Tomato, onion, garlic and a ton of habaneros, grapefruit, lime, orange and pineapple juice to create this zippy salsa. Salsa Macha ! Is an oil based salsa with Ancho, pacilla, guajillo,chili d’arbol, garlic, sesame seeds, pumpkin seeds and sunflower seeds, cider vinegar and salt to create this smokey delicious sauce. Nut free and often referred to as “Mexican chili crisp”. And our always House Classics Sweet Potato Habanero, Jalapeño Agave Hot Sauces and our Buttermilk Crema!

We have new Menus!!! We opened Lone Star Taco Bar 12 years ago and over the years we have adjusted recipes and made little changes here and there.
In that time we have had many opportunities to travel to various parts of Mexico and also several return visits to Texas and California.
With our collectively gained experiences and with so many more great products available to us (especially a better quality and variety of dried chilis from Mexico) we were eager to really give our recipes a ground up makeover.
In addition to the food recipes we decided to give our menus a fresh new look!
