Earlier this week my baby turned 6 months old. It's hard to believe it's already been half a year with Cady! While my training has changed a bit since becoming a dad, my fire to pursue my goals has not. I'm looking forward to the new year where I will tackle new challenges and work to become a stronger runner, coach, and father!

Healthy Mind, Healthy Body! Get Ready, Marblehead!
Marblehead Rotary 5K promotes fitness as well as charitable giving. We are running to raise awareness and support to benefit the mental health and well-being of Marblehead youth. Proceeds will deliver the Daily Mindfulness Program created by Inner Explorer, a series of audio-guided practices used in 7000 schools that is simple and provides measurable results. The Race begins at the Boston Yacht Club (BYC), One Front Street, Marblehead. Afterward, we'll run through Old Town and finish back up at the BYC with a hot dog and chowder!
