Buyer Beware. It does happen here in Maine and please be vigilant. A good way to avoid this from happening if you are asked to wire money into an account. Call the actual company you are working with by using a public sourced phone number, NOT the number in the email from which the wire transfer has been requested. Be Safe, and please ask questions and confirm with your trusted Realtors and Closing Agents.

I am proud to have grown up in the housing industry, here in the Mid-Coast Maine area. I am of 3 generations of Housing Industry Professionals; Home Building, Appraisal, Real Estate and Home Inspection. I, my self-have worked on Home Construction sites and also along the side of a local, well known and respected Home Inspector. Then in 2009, I became a Real Estate Broker and have been doing this since. I truly enjoy my career of helping people with the process of buying or selling a property.
