🙏🏼Prayers for safe travels as the Camp Hill Varsity Boys and Girls wrestling teams and coachs travel to Pinellas Park, Florida, early in the morning to compete at the Jerry Mita boys wrestling tournament and the girls will be competing in Hernando, Florida, at the Rusted Jade girls wrestling tournament.

This Thursday, January 4th, Camp Hill Mini-THON will be hosting their annual Gold Out at our Wrestling match to raise awareness about childhood cancer. Gold is the ribbon color designated for pediatric cancer.


Camp Hill’s Mini-THON is a 12 hour dance and activity marathon that benefits Four Diamonds. Four Diamonds mission is to conquer childhood cancer by assisting children and their families through superior care, comprehensive support, and innovative research. With the help of the community last year, Camp Hill Mini-THON was able to raise over $106,000 for kids battling childhood cancer and Camp Hill was a TOP 10 FUNDRAISER of all Mini-THONs!

This year two of our wrestlers are on the Mini-THON leadership team which work almost year round to plan and execute all things Mini-THON: Kobe Moore, Overall and Quin DeCavalcante, Registration& Chaperones



This year, we are focusing our gold out in support of someone in the wrestling community. Masyn Fuhrman of Dover, PA was diagnosed with t-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia in May of 2023. Masyn is an avid horseback rider, sometimes wrestler, proud sister of an outstanding wrestler, and daughter of a wrestling coach. Since her diagnosis, Masyn is a Four Diamonds kiddo and is receiving her treatments at Penn State Health Children's Hospital. Her treatments are going well and is now in a critical stage of her plan which requires her to isolate at home for about 2.5 months due to her lowered immune system (December – February). To support her, all money we raise at this week’s gold out will go to support Masyn by purchasing items from an amazon wishlist she helped to create. These items will help to keep her entertained while she is home for through January and into February.
How can you help?

- You can bring change/cash with you to the Gold Out. Mini-THONers will be canning to collect $. All $ raised will be used to (hopefully) clear her wishlist.

- You can purchase something from the wishlist youself. Purchased items can either be dropped off at the MS, attention Corrine Bauman, OR given to Kobe Moore (Mini-THON Overall) at practices.

- All items will be delivered directly to the Fuhrman home by the Mini-THON team.
