I will walk with you through the darkness, As you remember your light. ~Sheree Bliss Tilsley
JaZzy is quickly learning to "pick up" things I drop. The only thing missing from her pick up box is a cell phone and a set of keys, which I drop several times daily. Does anyone have a retired/broken cell phone I could have to add to her box? Obviously she doesn't need it to work! 😉

I preach it all the time- ASK your body, then allow the time it takes to respond. Never force. 💜
Generally speaking, corrections made using force won't hold as well as those using finesse. Forceful corrections/manipulations don't require the body's permission or cooperation. This can be an important distinction.

There's just something 'Bout these bowls!!
When I refer to 'scheduling ahead,' I mean that the majority of Massage Therapists in C'Ville tend to be heavily booked, so it's advisable to PLAN AHEAD. Same-day appointments are generally not available in this area.
Unwind and let our sound bowls transport you to a state of tranquility. Perfect for starting a massage or as an independent session.
