From personal experience, I know this to be true.
That doesn’t mean, however, that everything works the same on every body.

I’m not a fan of seaweed but am always willing to learn. Maybe I didn’t know what I was doing when I selected mine and this will help me choose a better option in the future.
Guide to Seaweed: Which is Best?
Seaweeds are one of the best foods to keep stocked in your pantry. Not only are they incredibly shelf-stable, but they add complex flavors to many kinds of meals, including soups, savory breakfasts, and stir-fries. Their nutrient density, however, is really where they shine. Seaweed is packed with necessary vitamins and minerals. In fact, they contain almost all of the essential amino acids, minerals, and trace elements the human body needs.
Working with seaweed is simple and requires no special processing to make it bioavailable, but it is important to know that not all seaweeds are "created" equally. Different species offer different flavor profiles and nutritional value. Quality and purity can also vary from brand to brand.

We will need to have a little discussion!
I gotta start counting my food 😂
Will it get much attention from the media or government officials who make the rules?
I doubt it!

A new study out of Europe calls into question the long-term safety of certain junk foods like potato chips and French fries. It found that women with high dietary intakes of acrylamide had a whopping 40% higher risk of pre-menopausal . Their largest sources of this suspected carcinogen were coffee, potato , and . However, extensive research suggests that is not a problem (see my comments below). Thus, younger women concerned about cancer risk should be particularly cautious when it comes to snacking on fries and chips.

Don’t eat your cabbage leaves for reduced knee pain!
Now, read the article below to make sense of what I said above.

Trying a new brand of organic heritage wheat flour. Reminded me of my dad when I opened the bag and smelled it. (He worked at the flour mill when I was a kid.)
I haven’t been able to get this texture or taste in longer than I can remember. The edges were perfectky crisp and the center wasn’t doughy.
Will need to do a lot more testing of various recipes to see how it does in the long-term AND if it’s easier on the digestive system for those who are gluten sensitive.

Some do. Some are overwhelmed and need help. But, many do not want to be healed.
Dr. John Bergman was the first I heard talking about this in regard to physical health. He even asks the question on the form all patients fill out when coming to his chiropractic office.
He said you would be surprised at how many answer ”no”.
I don’t think I would be.
I hear people use the excuse they have this illness or they have that condition but then talk endlessly about doing the very things that make it worse or, at a minimum, prevent them getting better.
Not because they are in a situation where they have no choice but because they knowingly and willingly refuse to do anything about the issue(s) confronting them.
This is their identity and they refuse to let it go.
We go through periods where we lose focus, we struggle, and we need help getting back on path. Or, we just need to know where to start. That’s a part of living.
Health applies to every aspect of our life but nowhere is it more critical than with our spiritual health, our relationship with the Triune God.
If that isn’t healthy, nothing else matters.

Note that if it includes raisins, definitely go organic.
When researchers went looking for dietary factors that might affect pancreatic cancer risk in the USA, they found that dried fruit—at three or more servings weekly—was linked to an astounding 65% drop in risk. Raisins comprise about 54% of all the dried consumed in the USA, with prunes and dates coming second and third places. Each one is a concentrated source of antioxidants including quercetin, anthocyanins, flavanols and hydroxycinnamic acids. Dried fruit may be a and winter tradition (as in fruitcake), but they also make a healthy and easily portable snack any time of year. Note that with raisins it’s important to choose organic.

This is a rather lengthy article (but so full of good information) about depression, it’s various causes, and helpful tips on what you can do on your own to combat it.
I would recommend glancing through the entire article then choosing one cause to read through more carefully and check out her recommendations for combating that cause. Then implement the necessary changes for a few weeks and see how you feel.
After a few weeks move on to the next cause.
This will take a while to work through but small steps are often more beneficial at helping us discover the root cause of an issue.
I would love to hear what you think about the information and, if you follow any of her suggestions, how it goes for you.

Wish I could remember who shared this idea but I can’t so here’s your credit anonymously.
Keep those Christmas cards handy because you can use them throughout the year as reminders to pray for the people who sent them.
Use whatever method works for you. I think the original post said they had one of their children pull one card from the pile and they prayed for that sender/family for a week then another child drew the next week until they had prayed for everyone who sent them a card.
I thought this was an idea worth sharing.
It’s getting really crazy out there.
I’ve been trying to learn as much as I can as fast as I can about darkfield microscopy, hydrogel, nanotechnology use in the human body, and self-building microchips in dental anesthesia (possibly not all), etc.
It’s just so overwhelming trying to figure out what has/not happened or is/not happening.
My primary source for information has been Ana Maria Milalcea (https://open.substack.com/pub/anamihalceamdphd).
A few days ago she wrote about a paper issued by Dr. Hildegard Staninger discussing microplastics in the human body being dissolved by essential oils, specifically a protective blend (different companies have different names for their blend) and Melaleuca (tea tree).
Dr. Milalcea made some changes to the paper so I’m looking for the original document without any editorial comments, etc.
But, in the meantime, grab some doTERRA essential oils and start dissolving those plastics !
This is the first I’ve heard about carcinogenic constituents in specific essential oils regardless of brand. This article specifically mentions basil essential oil.

It’s persimmon picking time!
Persimmon may be well known as a Thanksgiving tradition in America, but it’s actually an ancient food that’s been used in traditional Chinese medicine for over 2,000 years. And now modern medicine may finally be catching up. A recent study in Asia found that women eating regularly had an amazing 40% less risk for . That shouldn’t be surprising. This amazing fruit is packed with anticancer nutrients like proanthocyanidins, gallic acid, myricetin and catechins. But its real secret sauce may be its sky-high levels of the carotenoid beta-cryptoxanthin: it’s got nine-times higher levels than freshly squeezed orange juice (USDA data). So, consider trying more persimmon this and beyond!

Molasses!
Molasses may be a much under-appreciated anticancer superfood. It has 2.6-times the total antioxidant power of blueberries, according to one study. Even better, molasses also contains an incredible 5.4-times the polyphenols of . That matters because polyphenols are among the most potent cancer fighters found in fruit and vegetables—and this sweet superfood is no different. A new study has also found that polyphenols extracted from sugarcane slowed the growth of melanoma cells by 80%, colon cells by 90%, and leukemia and ovarian cancer cells by 95% in a test tube. We don’t know if molasses will fight cancer in humans yet, but it appears to be a far better choice than refined .

Red cabbage may be two superfoods in one. It has all the cancer-fighting indole-carbinol and isothiocyanates of green cabbage, but it also has an incredible 470% more antioxidants thanks to its red coloring. Red gets it color from the same compounds—anthocyanins—that make blueberries blue, and it has 29% more! Besides being powerful , anthocyanins are also potent cancer fighters. Recent meta-analyses have shown that people eating diets rich in anthocyanin had 22% lower risk of colorectal and significantly lower risk of death by heart disease. So the next time you’re at the grocery store, why not opt for red cabbage rather than green?

Something to consider.
In a fully randomized and double-blind clinical trial, women who ate 100-160 grams of raw yellow onion daily during their breast treatments saw significant reductions in tumor markers CEA and CA125 after 8 weeks. This suggests that onions helped the women to more effectively fight their cancer. Onions are rich dietary sources of two anticancer superstars: the flavonoid quercetin and thiosulfinates. Importantly, cooking destroys them both. Also, the stronger tasting and smelling are, the more thiosulfinates they’ve got. A recent study from Mexico found that women eating more than one slice daily of onion had 73% less risk of getting breast cancer in the first place.
