So in the service industry, comfortable shoes are imparative. My staff and I are always on the hunt for the best shoes out there. I personally like to wear dress shoes, while they can wear more athletic shoes. I’ve been good with dress shoes for a few years but decided to find the most comfortable dress shoe out there and treat my feet. So I researched and bought “the most comfortable dress shoe”. Amberjack. Wow these things suck. $200 for a shoe with little to no cushion, no arch support and no heal cup. Reached out to their customer support, while responsive they offered no solution. They felt empathy but did not offer a refund and exchange for another style. Nothing. Said I could return them and they would refund my money if they were not wore. Obviously I wore them! Anyway long story short. DO NOT BUY AMBERJACK SHOES. they are NOT “ the most comfortable dress shoe”. They are crap!
