These beauties have a sweet floral smell and are like sunshine on a cloudy day. The caps are very delicate and are perfect lightly sauteed and added to your salads, eggs, pasta, or really any dish you please.

We have a beautiful crop of Lion's🦁Mane this week and we can't wait to share them with you! If you have never tried this delicious mushroom before you are missing out! Packed with nutrients it's considered brain food and has a light sweet meatiness reminiscent of lobster or crab. Swing by the today from 3pm-6pm to get your hands on some along with all the amazing local produce and goods your local farmers have to offer. ✌️

I have been MIA when it comes to posting the last couple of months due to some very exciting things in the works for our little mushroom operation. I had to take a moment though to show off this 3.5 lb cluster of Black King Pearl Oysters. My lack of photography skills don't do it justice.

Today we will be stocking all of our retail locations including .farms (Fulton location). We are also excited to be hanging out at this Saturday from noon to 4pm for their spring farm and art market!

Finally got my hands on this awesome Mushroom Swiss Burger from ! They topped it with our Black King Oyster Mushrooms and it was perfect. If you have never had a chance to check out Lockport now is the time!

Very thankful for and all the great local recreation they provide. Lindsay Mae and I took a break from mushrooming yesterday to get out and enjoy this beautiful winter weather. We rented xc skis from Quail Hollow Park and explored all the trails in the fresh falling snow.

The mushrooms are loving these cooler temperatures and we are super excited to have these Black Kings back in production! This dense meaty mushroom is incredible fried up in butter and served on its own or included in all your favorite mushroom dishes.

We had an incredible time celebrating with on their 2 year anniversary! From the beer to the food they have prioritized sourcing local ingredients from day one and we are honored to be apart of it. absolutely killed it with this dish! Mushroom ravioli with boursin, Mushroom cream (Oyster Mushrooms, Pioppinos), and pickled shiitake mushroom chips!
