I am on day two of an 11 day shred. This consist of seven good eating days mixed in with four cleanse days.
after getting married and going through a busy season, I’ve grabbed food on the go and got up to 194. Looking to get back to 185. Sometimes it’s nice just to have a reset. I’m excited about this 11 day shred.
The 80/20 rule applies to a lot of areas in life. You should love 80% of your job and grind out the remaining 20%. I try and keep healthy habits and rhythms everyday, but I need to at least do them 80% of the week.
I want you to really think about what you eat right now. Many people are going to start buying gym memberships for the New Year. Everyone is going to go back! But the majority will be for 2 days to maybe 4 or 5 weeks and never have a vision for what they eat. I can teach you how to build daily habits to eat at certain times every day. It’ll start to become normal to you.
We think we have to bench 5,000 pound or run 5 miles. That’s not reality and it’s not sustainable. Did you know if you change your diet and eat correctly 80% of the time, you will not only look better and lose some weight, you will feel better. I lost about 15 pounds and have kept it off for the last seven months.
What are you eating? A chicken biscuit for breakfast, salad for lunch and maybe pizza for dinner. Even in a salad, there’s not a whole lot of nutrition. The nutrition plan I got on is not a diet. It’s actually a nutrition plan. I have not gotten off of it because it’s a plan that gives me the nutrients I need everyday. By the way, nothing has changed in my physical work out. I do the same exact stuff nothing more nothing less.
Also, go to the gym. I encourage that. I go a few days a week. Just make sure you understand that 80% of how you look and feel has to do with your diet and 20% is related to your exercise. 💪🏼
Join me over the next month. Stick to it 80% of the time and you will see results in your life. I’ve had three different friends lose 30 pounds. I lost 15. About 20 others lost 10 to 15 pounds in the first month. You are taking out all of the toxins and taking in healthy nutrition. The fat cannot stay.

The old life vs the new life. I’ll take the new one.
This girl hits the gym 5 to 6 days a week and loves it. She was still not able to get the look she wanted just from the gym. She even ate pretty clean. When she got on the new nutrition system, she had more weight fall off, her skin started to tighten, and she has a lot more energy. Killing it .fetherolf! Congrats on your transformation! And not even two months in!
It’s amazing what cleansing your body of all the toxins does for your body but also for your mind and spirit. Fasting is one thing, but a supported fast or cleanse is another. Give it a shot.
If you are like me, you are on the go a lot. Grab a nutrition bar and go. Be strategic with what you eat. Often times we are too busy and we end up picking up fast food which is more expensive and not healthy.
All of these products have become a way of life. Yes, I have lost weight but it’s mainly that I feel great.
