My website (link in bio) is currently updated with the new schedule Monday-Friday for online services ONLY. This includes: 15 Minute online lesson with 45 min lesson plan (most popular), 30 minute online lesson with 45 min lesson plan, 60 minute team session (reach out for more details), 30 minute mental training session - open to all positions & ages. (I have done a few of these with coaches as well), & 2 different video evaluation services!

During this time, I’ll be creating my online portal with all my new courses, winter workout program that is BEYOND awesome 🔥🙌🏼💪🏽 & planning fall/winter clinics and camps. I’m SOOO excited to share with you all once ready!

I opened 12 Video evaluation spots per week. Reminder, those are not a live service. Please read the description on the drop down arrow on the site.

I will post more information about fall/winter camps & clinics closer to October.

I will not take new PAC clients until the week of October 3rd when I return to Georgia!

I will take new online clients, BUT, just know things are changing come October!!! So you’ll have to relearn a whole new system. Up to you if you want to wait or not - the new system will be easier to follow 💪🏽🔥🙌🏼❤️

From a “Pitching Coach in a Pocket” ➡️ a “Mental Training Coach in a Pocket” 🥎

Wrapping up our one on one 30 minute mental training session, I asked Lily to make a note card similar to her pitching one. But this time, I had her write down all the mental tips and tricks we’ve talked about throughout our sessions that “clicks” with her. She will make copies and laminate this to keep in her back pocket during her highschool season this fall. This is a perfect little technique to use in general, but especially for her being a starting pitching as a freshman for her varsity program. Lots of “leveling up” this year - we have to make sure we keep our brain fueled with positive affirmations & reminders! 🥎

One of my favorite quotes my dad said to me growing up, “Pressure is what you put into a tire. Turn pressure into passion!”

Bottom of the 7th inning, 3-2 count, bases loaded, winning run at 3rd, crowd going crazy, heart is pumping, this is YOUR TIME to let passion pour out of you!

This is what we practice/train for!!! Those pressure moments!!! This is the time where you trust yourself, trust the work you’ve put in, and go play the game YOU love. Think back to the little girl you used to be when you first started falling in love with this sport. Let that love and passion pour out of you and trust your knowledge of the game! 🥎

Tips for dealing with pressure situations:
1) Establish a routine you do every single time you pitch, hit, field, etc.
2) Focus on your breathing techniques
3) Visualize the positive result. Close your eyes if you need to. I did this all the time!
4) Positive self talk. Tell yourself YOU CAN DO THIS.
5) This sport is a game. We will win. We will lose. But it’s all about how we RESPOND.
6) Control what you can control: Effort & Attitude

Court has been an online client of mine since my very first week of giving online lessons in May of 2020. I remember how nervous I was logging onto our Zoom meeting for the first time ever 🤣 I was even more nervous because Court barely said 2 words to me 😂😂😂 It took about 4-6 months to build a solid relationship with her & I’m so happy she finally let those walls down with me 🤪😉

Over 100 weeks of virtual lessons, this girl has made EXTREME progress physically, mentally, and emotionally on & off the field. Her mom had to add more time to our lessons due to the fact the 3 of us could chat forever 🤪Thankful I got to meet you in person this past winter & go to dinner with you & your mama in Tennessee! ❤️

That does not mean 8% go D1.... or 8% are pitchers... that means 8% of ALL POSITION PLAYERS play at the next level at D1, D2, D3, NAIA, or JUCO schools. Approximately 1% will play Division 1 ball.
