We just want to say thank you so much to who came to A1 Japan hibachi and 🍣 in Louisville to support us yesterday !🥰❤️The amount of customers who came was tremendous! We want to apologize for any delays .🙏😞

Hibachi is now open for dinner menu during all business hours!

Our hours of operation are update 😉 M-F we have lunch specials 11-2:30pm. Regular dining only No hibachi style cooking (hibachi meals are available through the kitchen) Dinner Hibachi and regular dinning starts at 2:30pm.
We close at 9:30 PM through the week with the exception of Friday and Saturday we are open a little later until 10PM. Hibachi seating ends 15 minutes before closing time. 
We highly suggest during the next few months of our busy season to call ahead and make reservations for both regular dining and hibachi. Thank you all and see you soon! 😁
