Meet our newest volunteer at Altercare Nobles Pond… Maeve! Maeve is an Old English Sheepdog and is a certified therapy dog. The residents loved seeing this beautiful pup and Maeve loved giving out kisses! We can’t wait to have her back soon. 🐾

Recently, Altercare Nobles Pond attended the annual Employee Awards Luncheon, celebrating the individuals that make up our team. The event featured Chad J. Willett, keynote speaker, as he shared his journey to success as an actor, author, and founder of Broadway2LA Acting Studio. Chad reiterated the impact of a healthy mindset and tips on how to think outside the box in all aspects of life.

We were honored to be recognized and celebrate our team’s hard work and dedication at this special awards luncheon. Our team was thrilled to receive the following award:

Our residents and staff are having a great time celebrating National Skilled Nursing Care Week! Take a peek at some of the festivities at Altercare Zanesville.

Last week, Altercare was happy to be a bronze sponsor of the Area Agency on Aging Region 9 annual Older Adult Extravaganza! Local seniors attended the Extravaganza to meet with providers for a variety of services. Four Altercare facilities joined forces to share information about our services: Altercare Cambridge, Altercare Coshocton, Altercare Summit Acres, and Altercare Zanesville.

This year’s themed was Classic Cards & 50’s Diner, so our lovely ladies dressed in their best and served the attending seniors soda and nachos and cheese. We were honored to be a sponsor for this event and reach almost 500 senior citizens!

We were thrilled to welcome back a familiar face to Altercare Nobles Pond! Last year, we had the pleasure of hosting Class of 2018 Pro Football Hall of Fame member Robert Brazile, and we were lucky enough to have him grace us with his presence once again.

Mr. Brazile brought with him not just his incredible football legacy, but also his warmth, humor, and a shared love for great company. Our residents were delighted to reconnect with him and swap stories.

Katy Porter, Regional Director of Business Development, expressed her gratitude, saying, "We are truly thankful to Mr. Brazile for making another memorable visit to our facility. The joy he brings to our community is truly special."
