Busy start to the summer working on a 1,000 gallon grease trap and sewer line for a local restaurant and 6 family, some drainage on a recent project in Waltham, and some utility work for our Canton site lot.

Very busy last couple of weeks. Got a lot of utilities off the street before the winter moratorium. Wrapped up a few of our house lots. Fixed a septic system for a commercial client that had sewage backed up in the drains, 450’ of electric and cable to a large house lot project and started another small house lot this week.

15,000 cubic yards moved on our project in Sutton last week! This home sits on 18 acres on the side of a large hill. 10’ cut of material at the deepest point. Material was used to set subgrade and make a large flat area for the house to sit on.

Excavation at our Milton Site complete. 1500 yards exported off site, 200 tons of stone prepped for footings, all in 4 days. Glad to have .mcneice_site_services working together with us to get this completed! Team work makes the dream work!

Phase 1 complete at our Westwood project. Turn that ledge into useable space! We pulled and hauled the stumps, and hammered the ledge completely down almost 10’ while utilizing some as fill and exporting almost 200 yards of rock to Tresca Brothers over the course of a week. Very happy with the results over the course of the week.
