We did add a new masher to our 💣 squad. 2026 -Decatur HS slugger #4 Kate Dickinson joins the dinger crew with a missile off the left field scoreboard (it almost went through it)!
Great job Kate! Way to swing it kiddo!
Our “Itty Bitty’s” brought home some hardware this weekend after traveling to Alabama!
Another set of athletes that come in for off season workouts and starting off with a bang!
Tourney number two in the books.
The team picked up where they left off. We battled all day! Walked it off in our last pool game to overcome some adversity! The only 3-0 team in pool, we earned the 1 seed/Gold bracket. We ran into a buzzsaw, National Team from New Jersey in the semis, and couldn’t hold the lead after the 3rd inning. Great competition & our Bolts squad was up for it! Keep grindin Bolts!
Laila started this season off right! Laila came in with her team for 💪 training this off season but continues to take hitting lessons with Coach Carver and Pitching with DR3 Pitching LLC: Pitching & Mental Training Way to go, Laila!
Abi was on of our athletes that came in with her team for some off season workouts! Way to go, Abi!
These three PAC ballers/athletes have shaved off some of their time rounding the bases! Hard work is paying off ladies! 💪🥎💪🥎
Congrats to one of our PAC athletes! This girl worked hard during her off season!
Welcome to the BOMB 💣 Squad, Myka! She’s been killing it behind the dish and at the plate. This weekend she hit for .375, with 2 RBI, her first DINGER, and even threw out a few runners.
PAC is excited to announce the addition of its newest hitting instructor - Taylor Cates!
Taylor is currently a four-year starter at Kennesaw State University and is returning for her fifth year in the fall due to COVID. So far in her career, she has started in 156 games for the Owls. She concluded her 2022 season with a .389 batting average, 49 RBI, and .433 OB%. What do you do when your tournament and practice gets cancelled? comes in and breaks her exit velo record, not once - but twice! Get it kid! 💪💪
This is some great advice!
OP launched an absolute nuke this weekend! Hard work is definitely paying off! Proud of you, kid!
The Roberts sisters grinding 💪💪
Have a day, Lefty! Way to sling and swing it! Proud of you, kid!
This skinny minnie was slinging it this weekend. Laila Bug, #2, pitched 6 innings in two complete games surrendering 4 hits and only 1 ER in facing 27 batters. She added 7 strikeouts to her season total of 25.
At the plate she had a 1.350 OPS, added a triple, 4 runs scored, and knocked in 6 RBI.
This kid has been working so hard on her swing! Awesome to see that hard work paying off, Ms. Myka!
Due to player availability and an (late in the day) injury, #1, Myka Jo had to saddle up behind the dish 3x yesterday and she didn’t disappoint. She was a wall and held runners at bay on the bases.
Playing LF in our third pool game, Miss Myka got a beed on a long (foul) fly ball in the left field corner and ran through the catch covering about 90 feet in a full sprint. Great catch, baller!
She tried to hit for the cycle and notched a single, double, and stand up triple (that was close to leaving the field in the championship game). She notched 4 RBI and 3 runs scored on the day and ended the day with a 1.000 OPS.
Payton adding another 💣 to the collection! Way to swing it, kid!
Been working with this kid online for the last couple of weeks. Tweaking sequence, separation, and staying in the zone longer. She's been working hard and starting to nail it! Watch out for this one! Keep up the great work, Lily! 💪
This kid is so fun to work with. Awesome to see how excited she gets when light bulbs start going off & that bat starts sounding different because of the force she's putting on it!
Working on driving her back side in to a firm front side. She picks up movements so quickly! Only 2 weeks in! Getting 💪, Peyton!
So this kid is an incredible 14U athlete & was told by another "hitting instructor" that she'd never be a hitter . In one week - ONE WEEK - she has made huge body movement improvements. Starting to look like a hitter to me 🤷🏻♂️. Keep proving them wrong EC! The sky's the limit!
Only one lesson in & Ms. Laila showing folks how it's done with her power lines! Nice work, kid!
Overdue post - but shout out to our PAC hitter & "Mississippi Kid", Grace Dunn! This young sophomore has worked so hard and taken herself from a "pretty good" hitter to "great"!
She has really shown out since since the spring of last year, hitting for both average AND power. During that time she has maintained right around a .500 average for both travel and school ball, and hit 5 bombs just this fall (up from zero last year)! For her hard work in school ball, she was awarded with Cambridge's Offensive POY award.
Always improving - just this week, this kid hit a new exit velo PR of 72 MPH on a no-doubter line shot (not cheating and hammering the ball into the ground). She consistently averaged 68/69.
Very proud of you and the baller you are becoming, Grace! Keep up the hard work!! 💪💪
Lynne Grant Dunn
Let's go!!!
