🎈SURPRISE TONIGHT (Aug 21) Join us at I Scream Sprinkles and Parkside Park Miniature Golf for an impromptu evening of fun! PhilUP Balloons will be here roughly between 6:30-8pm creating one-of-a-kind balloon creations while you enjoy your ice cream and a round of mini golf. PhilUP is the #1 ranked balloon artist in the state of Ohio and we're lucky to have him stop by and create smiles for all of us! Bring the family and make it a night to remember!
