Beaver Tail Oysters
Beaver tail oysters from Rhode Island served raw or traditional Rockefeller style.
Raw: $3.00 each or 6 for $15.00

Steak Cheyenne:
Sliced tenderloin medallions lightly floured and sauteed with diced onions, mushrooms, hot peppers and cherry tomatoes with crushed garlic in a white wine sauce.

Salmon Lemone:
Baked wild caught salmon served over a bed of grilled vegetables (Portabella mushroom, red and green bell pepper, red onion and tomato) finished with a light lemon sauce.

White Peach Chicken:
Organic boneless skinless chicken breast lightly floured and pan sauteed with sliced white peaches finished with a mango-habanero whiskey sauce.
