We’ve tapped into some Spanish inspiration this week for a tapas special. You can try out these delectable little bites W-F 4-8 pm and Saturday 1-8 pm.

We are also going to serve lunch at Aultman Hospital (2600 sixth st sw Canton, Ohio 44710) from 11-2 pm on Friday. Open to the public so if you’re in the area journey over our way.

We’re taking it alllll the way back to our very first special. It sold out quickly the last time, so don’t wait to grab one for dinner.

The Hungry Hiker’s specials are worth making the trek for! We’ve got a chicken avocado panini with hydroponic lettuce and tomatoes and a toasty French Onion soup.

Serving W-F 4-8 pm. This Saturday only pre-prepared items including pack basket charcuterie, chip and dip combo and chicken salad with pitas will be available from 1-8 pm, as the truck will be off-site.

Get your boots a little muddy and head over for this week’s specials! We are serving W-F 4-8 pm. On Saturday, August 10, the truck will be off site, however you will be able to purchase prepared pack basket charcuteries, chip and dip combos and chicken salad and pitas in the tasting room from 1-8 pm.

Does anyone know what to do with leftover pizza dough? 🙋‍♂️I do! Roll em up in little balls, then deep fry them. Toss em in cinnamon maple sugar and roll em around again in a brown sugar glaze. Hope to see my foodies out tonight. Check out The Lost Trail Winery page for a music lineup tonight.

We’ve ‘goat’ some exciting news to share! Our campfire pizza special was so well received, we’re making it a regular special every Wednesday ONLY from 4-8 pm. Choose from pepperoni and sausage or veggie (or heck, how ‘bout trying both?!). Chef Timm will continue to prepare them on the open campfire.

If you can’t make it Wednesday for the pizzas, check out some of these other tasty options this week and consider joining us Friday, July 19-Sunday, July 21, for our second Magnificent Goat Music Festival.

We will be open Wednesday-Friday 4-8 pm, Saturday 12-8 pm and Sunday (July 21) 9 am-12 pm.

Check out this charcuterie board 👀. It has wagyu beef, Jowl, mortadella, merlot goat cheese, chive onion and cheddar, queso fresco, pickled onions, kalamata olives, smoked apple blue cheese, sun dried tomatoes and a stoney mustard. And yes, I did say wagyu beef.

Like a trail sign points hikers in the right direction, this week The Hungry Hiker is going to point you to two regular items you might miss - our NOBO (north bound hiker) and the SOBO (south bound hiker). The NOBO features choice of airline chicken, steak bites or brisket atop Yukon potatoes, carrots and onions topped with a mushroom gravy. The SOBO has The Guide Cabernet Sauvignon reduction flank steak with yellow potatoes, onions and broccolini.

Hike over this week W-F 4-8 and Sat 1-8 pm for one of these hearty flavorful dinners.

I'm not sure if we ordered enough pasta for the wedding Friday night.

We will not feature any specials this week, due to the corn roast event that will take place Thursday, July 4, from 12-8 pm.

Let’s celebrate America’s birthday by roasting corn over the open campfire, sipping red, white and blue slushies and patriotic winetinis (separate purchase) listening to live music by John Gall from 5-8 pm, relaxing by a campfire and donning glow sticks.
