Our students are true artists! From the infant room to our school-age kids, art is an integral part of their daily experience. Engaging in creative activities not only allows them to express themselves but also plays a crucial role in their development.

Through art, they build cognitive skills as they explore colors and shapes, enhance social-emotional skills as they collaborate and share with peers, and sharpen their critical thinking and problem-solving abilities while experimenting with different materials. Communication skills flourish as they discuss their creations, and their self-esteem soars when they see their ideas come to life.

We’re proud to nurture their creativity and help them develop an appreciation for beauty in the world around them. It's amazing to witness their growth as they express their unique perspectives through art!

This week, we're shining a spotlight on our Jr Preschool Classroom! Here, our 2.5 years toddlers take their first exciting steps into the world of preschool. Their days are filled with engaging activities as they dive into colors, shapes, letters, and numbers. It’s amazing to watch them grow and learn the rhythms of the day. We can’t wait to see these little ones become experts!

The children absolutely adore her fun demeanor, and her talent for engaging the whole classroom is truly unmatched! We’re incredibly grateful for the energy and enthusiasm she brings every day!

At All Around Children, fire safety is our top priority! Our students participate in monthly fire drills and learn essential safety skills year-round, ensuring we're always prepared for emergencies. Safety first, always!

We were thrilled to welcome Miss Debbie from Stark Library Library this week! She spent a fantastic morning with our students, sharing stories, dancing, and playing games. We love integrating multiple developmental domains into such engaging activities! Huge thanks for this wonderful partnership!

It’s Fall, Y’all! Our senior infants got creative with pumpkin pictures to brighten up the classroom! We can’t wait for all the fun and spooky adventures this month! 🎃

Meet the Teacher Monday! Introducing Ms. Olivia, our jack of all trades! While her home base is school age children, She’s a true expert in every room around the center! She is always flexible, ready to lend a hand wherever needed. Every child is fortunate to have the chance to hang out with Ms. Olivia and benefit from her amazing versatility and care. We’re lucky to have her on our team!

Our preschoolers are busy crafting special cards for their grandparents in celebration of Grandparent’s Day! A huge shout out to all the amazing grandparents who support and inspire us every day. It truly takes a village!

Meet the Teacher Monday! Say hello to Mrs. Alyssa, our fearless leader of the preschool program! With her extensive experience in early childhood education, she’s an invaluable asset to our team. Mrs. Alyssa excels at introducing our preschoolers to letters, shapes, numbers, and colors, making learning a fun and engaging adventure. We’re so grateful to have her with us!

Our infant program serves children from the ages of six weeks to twelve months. Our loving and nurturing caregivers respond to each child's needs in our clean, warm and inviting environments. Our goal is designed to duplicate the loving care and nurturing that an infant needs to grow and develop to his or her full potential. Flexible scheduling allows each child to eat, sleep or play according to his or her own natural timetable.

Our rooms are equipped with age appropriate materials that provide freedom of movement and gentle stimulation. Babies have their own crib and the attention of the same staff members daily with a low child to staff ratio. Parents receive a written or electronic report daily including all meals, diaper changes, and sleep schedules.

Our Pre-K class is jumping right into their goals for the year! Pre-kindergarten is all about preparing our kids for kindergarten and fostering a lifelong love of learning. This year, we're building on what our preschoolers learned and aiming for new milestones like recognizing 50 sight words, mastering letter sounds, and exploring math and science concepts.

From counting to 100 and practicing addition and subtraction with toys to understanding the world around them and developing problem-solving skills, our goal is to ensure each child is ready and excited for their next big step into Kindergarten!
