We are advancing with the service bar construction and will soon add the final element, consisting of 125 pieces of stained wood, each measuring 3.5 by 8 inches, to create a beautiful dining and drinking area. Additionally, 15 of these pieces will feature engravings of 15 renowned Muskie fishing lakes, 8 of them located in Ohio.

Cannot wait to see the final piece of art.

Well folks. Some setbacks on inspections have delayed everything. Hopefully electrical and plumbing rough inspections will be done tomorrow. We will be open for Flatbreads 'n Brews tomorrow. Depending on the output of the above inspections, we will let you know about Friday and Saturday.

Good news is that we are closer every day. 18 beers on tap are crying to be drinked together with our famous Flatbreads.

As soon as my new walk-in cooler is in place and working, will release the list of beers.

Well people, after weeks of upgrades, my old storage walk-in cooler temperature is right "on the money" and ready to keep "rock 'n rolling".

Electrical rough inspection will be scheduled this coming Monday and still some plumbing work is needed.

Well folks, today electrical work started on the bar and the3-compartment sink. I cannot wait to start to the "make-up" of the bar.

Tommorow will be the frame rough inspection and electrical work for the actual kitchen prep area.

We are making a lot of progress in the kitchen build out. In order to maintain the track, we decided to be closed for this week.

We expect that we will reopen on July 25, 2024.

Well folks, the bar and the future beer towers' base are framed and finalized.

Electric work will start this coming Monday. When that's complete, I will have to wait until the rough inspection is done and approved in order to complete the bar.

Plumbing work will also keep going on Monday.

Quite a progress today.

All three holes for the beer towers are drilled and ready to go, as well as the water and drain lines (we will add a glass rinser).

The extra holes and water lines are done for the 3 compartment sink.

Lastly, the new bar is almost ready to be assembled, with a surface dimension of 2X12 feet.

Some progress on the war zone.

Well people, after 9 months, the time has come. We officially starting the kitchen construction today, first starting with the bar.

The beer tower will stay in the same place for now, so we will ve able to keep the taproom open.

Dont forget that we will be open tge 4th of July with our Flatbreads 'n Brews.

Unfortunally, the Red Rican Food Truck will not be able to show up due to their truck mechanical issue.

Well people, FYI, the Red Rican Food Truck had some mechanical issues and they will start serving food at 7:00 pm.

Taproom will start serving beer at 5:00 pm.

Here is where ALL started…

In 2009 when I meet Carla, I took her to Jungle Jim's International Market Fairfield, Ohio. She got lost and I found her in this tiny place. She said that “OMG! You have all the s**t that you need to make beer”. I answered: “What??? You can make your own beer?”. Carla took me out of the Dark Side of Bud Light, to the bright World of Craft Beer. I started being a Homebrewer and since the very first 5-gallon batch that I made, my dream was to have a commercial brewery.

Long story-short, 5 years later (2014) I started the long journey, that in fact, as today was 10 years ago. Quit my job, sold my house, and moved to the Hall of Fame City to keep the journey. I finally opened on June 28, 2018.

Today, we celebrate our 6th Anniversary starting at 5:00 pm. Join us and celebrate together with the folks from the Red Rican Food Truck, serving us the savory Puerto Rican Cuisine and 12 Craft Beers On Tap.
