Congenitally missing lateral. Space is too small for an implant. Maryland Bridge with one wing was the way to go.

Implant was placed and restored overseas. Patient came in thinking we can put the crown back. It is not only that the restoration was poorly designed but also the implant itself broke (flowering implant) and needs to be out. Unfortunately this is not fixable and the implant should come out.
