PPA Life Member, Foster L. Yancy has passed away at the age of 92. He was the husband of past PPA President Helen Yancy. We send our condolences to the family and friends of Mr. Yancy. He will be deeply missed by many people, but his legacy will be marked by love, laughter and kindness.
