Spent the evening dancing as I rang in the new year and when I woke up this morning, my legs were kind of pi**ed about the whole thing. Spent the first day of the new year practicing self-care because sometimes I have to be the patient also.

It’s amazing what a hug at Christmas time will do for a person’s health! Never be hesitant to hug a patient that needs it …no matter what time of year it is!

What an exciting professional ride it has been this year! Wrapping it up feeling empowered by the connections made with some of the most dynamic women I have ever met! Thank you for the mentorship… I am also incredibly grateful to have carved out a platform to express one of my greatest passions… cannabis education. I cannot wait to see what adventures 2024 will hold!

Opening day of Crocs-n-Socks season was a success! Despite a good six hours in the tree stand (a.k.a. adjusting room) and countless pairs of crocs coming across my path, I was only able to bag one pic of a two-point croc (one jibbitz on each shoe)!

So this is my current situation, waiting patiently for my students to arrive so I can school them on CBD, H**p, and Chiropractic.

We lost a great one today. In my career I have been incredibly blessed to have had the opportunity to interact with different two icons leading their professions in chiropractic and cannabis science respectively. Learning under the dynamic mentorship of Dr. Sid Williams through chiropractic college was priceless. It established the philosophy and foundation that has carried me through the past 25 years of my career. Dr. Raphael Mechoulam was the Father of Cannabis, being the first to discover the THC molecule found in cannabis as well as discovering the first endocannabinoid created within our bodies. He was always willing to answer the endless questions as students threw at him with both patience and what seemed like limitless knowledge. In the world of cannabis, he will forever be considered a legend and missed greatly.

Happy Veteran’s Day 2022!

Happy Halloween from the zoo crew!! 🎃

I have just heard that the power on Alabar Ln has been restored. I had a plan b lined up to use a generator borrowed from a friend but thankfully won’t have to go that route now.

Thank you to all the line workers for the long hours they put in to get so many of us up and running again.

We will be open Monday morning at 9am. We do not have phones or internet yet so there are still going to be some challenges. Please have patience while we get going again.
