Being gentle with yourself: the most advanced and useful Yoga for this moment. Thankful for grace in this moment. And the awareness that the experience is what it's all about. Thankful for every scrap of allowing and letting go that I can muster in any given moment. I am right where I am supposed to be.

Mid-week is s a great time to renew commitment to one's own well-being.
Meditation in nature is just one of the ways we can do just that!

Look up
See the wisps of earth in tangled tendrils dangling from each branch
See how the curve of this limb or that tells a story of the conditions and oppositions they had to grow through
See the sway of the trunk seamlessly winding its way down to the ground
Look down
See how this tree came to be through a hundred or more roots throwing shoots into the darkness
There was nothing there but a galaxy of dirt and rock and something in the seed felt it was worth total destruction-it's complete end-to reach out into the unknown.
Worth the stretch of death walked holy and still-for just a chance this new being might be birthed.
And the roots don't know as they spread and grow the life they are creating-supporting-housing-making shade for~
If the seed could trade its existence to become this
It was all worth it
