In the Fall of 2020, I did a fundraiser for Karen Jonas and that was impetuous for Live@Luria (thank you Frechette for the name).
So, what started out as a fundraiser morphed into my retirement calling (who knew?).
Since that time over a period 4 seasons, I have hosted 27 bands (12 have played more than once, two bands ( Lifters & Paulverizers have played all 4 seasons).
As I look back, even I am impressed, especially considering I had no real retirement plan and other than being fan, I have never worked in the music industry.
Believe in the universe and it believes in you.
All this to say that yesterday’s show was the largest crowd to date, and it made me heart full to see so many people here supporting live local music.
