Joan Chintz received her real estate license in 1991. For the last twenty years she has specialized in residential real estate. The areas she sells real estate is in both the San Mateo and Santa Clara Counties. Such as: Redwood City, Menlo Park, Palo Alto, Los Altos, Los Altos Hills and Mountain View, San Carlos, Burlingame, San Mateo, Belmont. Joan belongs to the following associations: National Association of Realtors, California Association of Realtors, Silicon Valley Association of Realtors, she has received a certification from the Graduate Real Estate Institute (GRI), Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES), and is a Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS).

Joan is here to provide a higher standard of personal service and care. She is a Broker Associate with Sotheby’s International Realty of San Francisco.

By earning the SRES® designation, She has demonstrated the necessary knowledge and expertise to counsel 50+ clients and their families through major financial and lifestyle transitions involved in relocating, refinancing, or selling of the family home. Joan has received special training, receives regular updates, and is prepared to offer the options and information needed in making life changing decisions. She has built a network of specialists who can assist families with the move, packingfinancial, legal and logistical issues they may encounter when dealing with real estate.
