We are so excited to be offering 🐝The Reflex Bee 🐝 Primitive Reflex Intensive in 2025. We have had lots of request for more specialized treatment in primitive reflexes in 2025. In our DMI intensives, we do address primitive reflexes, but with limited time (1-2 week intensive) we focus mostly on using DMI.

Retained Primitive reflexes could block certain milestones such as: crawling, standing, sitting, walking, riding a bike, hand writing, attention in school, vision, and MUCH MORE. In fact, many adults may have retained reflexes and may not know it.

We are so excited to offer this new intensive to families. Maggie and Allie have been working with and learning more about primitive reflexes since starting BeelievAbility, created their own Primitive reflex pamphlet for families in clinic, and are both almost finished with their CPRCS Certification (Certified Primitive Reflex Clinical Specialist).

We hope this information is a little more helpful on what primitive reflexes are and what the Reflex Bee Intensive will look like in 2025 🐝🎉🧠

Registration Week for 2025 Starts TOMORROW at 12 EST. We are so excited and wanted to outline all the new things that we are offering at the Bee Hive. Here are the 3 different intensives we are offering next year 🐝🎉

🐝The Busy Bee 🐝: Intensive DMI Sessions. 2 scheduled 45 minute sessions each day (1-3 weeks, scheduling dependent for one therapist). Dynamic Movement Therapy Focused.

🐝The Honey Bee 🐝: Intensive DMI Session. 1 scheduled 45 minute session each day (1-3 weeks, scheduling dependent for one therapist). Dynamic Movement Therapy Focused .

🐝 The Reflex Bee 🐝: Primitive Reflex Intensive that focuses on primitive reflex integration and vestibular/vision with functional goal outcomes such as (balance work, hand writing, riding a bike, fine motor skills, gross motor skills, body awareness, etc). 1 or 2 scheduled 45 minute session(s) each day.

Registration WEEK for 2025 Dates will go live on our website on September 2nd at 12:00pm and be open until September 9th until 8:00pm. This will help decrease any anxiety around the registration time and dates. Everyone give a warm welcome to our new summer intern, Ari 🐝 Ari is Pre PT and loves working with kids. She currently is title holder of Miss America Opportunity and attends University of Indianapolis. Ari will be helping around the clinic and spotting in sessions this summer. We and the kids already love her, her personality, and passion for the kids. Welcome, Ari, to the bee hive 🐝🎉

Check out Callan’s progress using TASES in his 2 week intensive. We focused on glutes and latts to help with postural activation and alignment.

BeelievAbility is ready to grow their hive and hire 🐝 We are looking for pediatric therapists OT or PT. Therapists who want to apply do not have to be currently DMI trained, but opened to future certification. Registration will go LIVE at 12:15 pm EST TODAY. We are so excited to see our returning friends and many new friends. Please make sure to fill out our registration form starting at 12:15 pm EST. We are going off the timestamp of submission of 12:15 EST and not accepting anything earlier in order to be fair. We cannot express the joy this year has brought to our hearts to watch the first year of Bee kids THRIVE. It is truly a blessing. Placing registration for the rest of the year is a little mind blowing, EXCITING, and a wonderful reminder of this amazing community that we all have created.

Special Note: We have had a lot of people interested in our summer intensive dates. For peace of mind, we have 3 spots for each date, but to ensure a date you really want, we advise to secure that spot before taken (due to quick booking out for the early half of 2024).

Happy Birthday to our Therapy Dog, Thistle 🎉🐝. She turns 3 years old today and is taking a much needed rest this weekend. So thankful for have a pup that gives back to so many and lives her purpose. 🐝 Exciting News 🐝 BeelievAbility has paired up with our favorite screen printer small business, and created a BeelievAbility Storefront. We added new products such as Bee hats, crewnecks sweatshirts, tank tops, and of course, we have our shirts available. The material brand for all the clothing is from our favorite brand, Comfort Colors.

The storefront will be opened for 3 weeks at a time to allow orders to process and ship out. Our storefront for the first time around will CLOSE October 9th.
