I am so happy to share that Martin Breidenstein will be working with me as a partner in HouseWurks. Two years ago Martin and his wife reached out to me to discuss building their forever home in the heart of Zionsville, Indiana. To make a long story short… during the build of their home Martin I became friends and we enjoyed the process of working together and collobrating together on a daily basis during the build. We shared ideas and concepts on how to build their house to their expectations. Our communications were always open and engaging. We had a lot of fun and I am so happy that Martin wanted to continue to strap on his tool belt and continue to work with me.

A great weekend for father daughter time. We tore off her old shingles from her house, put in new velux skylights and put on the new shingles. She was amazing for getting right in the middle of it. I loved sharing with her my DIY passion and knowledge. (It kicked my ass)

Getting in the middle of another kitchen remodel… Jim’s new partner is amazing

A work in process and so excited to see this come together. Jim personally designed the steel stringers and had his lead trim carpenter take slabs of ash and cut and planed them to size. We used a Rubio monocoat on the ash to bring out the grain. Tomorrow will be an exciting day as centerline studio will bring the railings.

A bathroom plays an essential role in the function of our daily routine but the design style is what makes it come alive. HouseWurks created this bathroom oasis of contemporary design, harmonizing simplicity, elegance, and functionality to create a space that is both visually stunning and practical.

We love the transformation from a drop-in bathtub to a freestanding tub to give this bathroom a much needed makeover.

Never take for granted the skills you learned in Geometry class. We had to align this stack of windows with the inside staircase landings. The clients were thrilled with the end product.

Installed a new mini split American standard unit in a 900 sq.ft., 2nd level above garage apartment. It’s 96 degrees outside with a heat fed of 105 and the inside temp is holding at 70 degrees with this baby!
