We are excited to share that our Director of Nursing at Majestic Care of Avon, Rachel Cremeans-Herald, will be transitioning from her role to serve as a Regional Nurse Consultant! 🎉

Rachel brings to this role 5 years of dedicated service as the Director of Nursing at our Avon community. Throughout her 12-year nursing career, she has gained invaluable experience in various healthcare settings, including hospitals such as Eskenazi and St. Francis. However, Rachel's true passion lies in long-term care, where she has thrived in roles ranging from floor nurse to Director of Nursing.
