We're growing and that's because of our amazing staff! We are looking for a fun, bubbly candidate that enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. Must be able to multi-task: answer phones, schedule appointments, and take great care of our guests. Problem-solving is a plus.

As a candidate you must have:

*High School Diploma ( Highly preferred but not required);
*Must be able to spell correctly and write quality emails to clients
*Knowledge of employee onboarding (preferred)
*Knowledge of basic bookkeeping and accounts receivable principles a plus
*Strong interpersonal, communication, and written communication skills.
*Good organization skills and an ability to prioritize to meet deadlines.
*Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Windows-based applications.
*Ability to learn new technology.
*Basic working knowledge of all standard office equipment.
*Must have demonstrated skill in prioritizing daily responsibilities
*Ability to balance multiple activities and stay on top of daily requirements
*Must be able to work successfully with minimal supervision, with the ability to take direction from both a remote supervisor and onsite general manager of operations.
*Self-motivated and self-disciplined with a strong work ethic;
*Strong customer service skills.
*Ability to uphold all company safety and other company policies.
*Ability to follow company guidelines and procedures.
*Ability to communicate well with co-workers and supervisors.
*Maintain a sharp, professional appearance.
*Ability to input data and clients, set meetings and schedule estimates,
*Answer phones professionally and assist clients as needed
*Strong Communication skills
