Steel and Aluminum Fabrication Shop
Got another neat staircase heading out with a custom railing configuration.
A small job headed out while we work on some larger jobs.
Working on getting this shipped out this week. It’s taller than some of the fixtures that hang down in the new shop. 😆
Another smaller project leaving the new shop. The customer has reordered these a few times now. It’s always nice when that happens.
Had a group of 4 of these head out sometime last week from the new shop. 2 like this, and a couple bigger ones I think I forgot to get pictures of. 🤷🏻♂️
Sent out some racks this morning to help move and coat 20’ beams for .
We replace the Mansfield bars on tractor trailers on occasion too. Google the Mansfield bars if you don’t know what they are. It’s one of those sad and unfortunate stories that change regulations for the better.
Snuck into town to fix a railing that the bottom posts rotted out on. The sidewalk is getting replaced soon but they needed to shore the railing up in the meantime.
We’ve been making these for John Deere over the years. They are some sort of niche assembly platform on combines I think.
Customer installed a 10’ steel post and 10’ wide gate we made up for them last week.
Another ornamental railing finished up.
Set of Aluminum Mobile Platforms out today. They have a cool grit covered fiberglass grating deck. California bound!
High capacity counter weighted ladder shipped out last week.
A happy customer sent us photos of a platform extension that we made for them with some drop in panels.
Big’Ol stand for a rooftop air handler. On the road!
We’ve also been getting back into some railing work recently. It can be a nice change of pace.
Got some Foldable A-Frame style ladders heading out. They are designed to hook and clamp on to a skid used for engine assembly. It’s one of those cool small projects that have a lot of nuances to make work.
Another group of aluminum ladders headed out tomorrow to the roof top in Roswell. 👽👽
Since child labor is frowned upon… I’m looking at hiring another fabricator. Slide into my DM’s if interested.
We do these bi-fold gates occasionally. They’re super helpful when you need to load equipment and don’t want a huge gate passing through. This is one half, of one half… off one half… of a platform for assembling locomotives. ~72’ long when all assembled. Coming to the end of larger projects like this is always super stressful. But it’s the things like this that force you to grow. 🙂
Catching up… this is the second truckload of locomotive assembly platforms to leave. 2 more loads cookin’
Customer visit today, and some in-house pre assembly on an assembly platform for locomotives. This is about 1/3 of one half assembled. When finished it’ll be 4-5 full 52’ trailers loaded out. It’s the single largest project we’ve taken on to date. I’m really proud of our team. Thanks again for the quick turnaround and support again . As always, great work.
Finished up the steel work on a rooftop deck today. They got Cranes coming later this week to drop the beams in place. It’s Always a good time working with the JPs crew. Cheers!
The installer finished up a set of cable railings we made this week. I Really couldn’t be happier with how they turned out. The Black and Stainless always look so sharp together. Cheers.
Back from vacation. Small pallet of retrofit parts to close up some gaps on a customers stand.
Big guy on its way!
Running another load of these benches out tomorrow to Penn State. Almost wrapped up with the project. :)
Installed another set of railings today. I’ve missed posting or even taking pictures of the last few jobs that left. Trying to tie up up loose ends before vacation. Cheers!
Twins! Getting ready to be picked up here shortly.
Small two-step stair out the door today.
