Welcome to our first annual Alley Cat Oyster Passport. This is your chance to try new oysters, and get rewarded for doing so.
Each time you enjoy a new oyster on the list, you will receive a stamp, putting you one step closer to your next reward.

OYSTER DETAILS:

This year’s passport features just under 60 oysters! While all the oysters are from the East Coast, there is a wide variety selected with multiple harvest locations and flavor profiles. Some are more commonly recognized, while others are harder to source, and seasonally available. Each Oyster listed in the passport has their growing conditions, harvest area details, tasting notes, and pairing suggestions.

💡 It’s time for another employee highlight! This week we’re featuring Drew from our Dallas, TX distribution office!💡

Drew’s career at Ocean Beauty Seafoods began just a year ago, but like many within our company, he’s very familiar with the seafood industry. “I joined Ocean Beauty as an Outside Sales Manager in 2020, but I was already a third-generation commercial fisherman, former deep-sea fishing guide, and former seafood buyer for a 42-restaurant chain.” Drew continues, “Some of my daily responsibilities at Ocean Beauty are to generate sales, find new businesses to partner with, be an asset to my restaurants, and organize content to post on Ocean Beauty’s social media pages.”

When asked what Drew likes most about his job, he says “Being part of the industry that has provided for my family for three generations!... I know through my seafood sales I feed thousands of people every year and that is a great feeling.”

When he’s not on the road supporting his customers, Drew enjoys spending time with his dog, Parish, and co-authoring on several social media accounts dedicated to craft beer and seafood appreciation.
