SouthBay Pavilion is a 1.010 million square foot enclosed mall located in the greater Los Angeles market. SouthBay Pavilion enjoys direct freeway visibility from the 405 freeway, where the traffic count exceeds 300,000 cars per day. It is positioned between the 405, 110, 710 and 91 freeways, and the regional mall enjoys a broad-based trade area that is enhanced by exceptional day time foot traffic, producing tremendous small shop sales figures. SouthBay Pavilion is an award-winning shopping center. In 2014, SouthBay Pavilion won an ICSC (International Council of Shopping Centers) MAXI award for the Filipino American History Month celebration. In 2015, the MALLMENTUM campaign (Zumba, Koga, Yoga, Line Dancing and more) won the U.S. Community Support Award in the Western Region as well as a MAXI Silver award. In 2016, the COOL KIDS READ Literacy campaign received a Silver MAXI award and recently (in 2017), the COOL KIDS CAMPAIGN (Cool Kids Save, Move, Read, and Give) was awarded the silver MAXI award.
