From Team Pursuit to Team Sprint, Ed is best in class! Ed has shifted his focus from fulltime sprint training to become a TT specialist.
As a P3 in the Team Sprint, Ed brings it home with his great long speed power. In Team Pursuit Ed puts down the first kilo and sends his team off at blistering pace. Ed had so much fun winning his first world championship he decided to come back for another! Keep up the great work Ed!

PCC Athlete Spotlight: Monique,
Master’s World Champion 2023

Monique is a relatively new athlete to PCC who has seen huge performance gains in a short amount of time. Using power specific gym and track interventions, and of course her hard work! Over the span of two months Monique shaved almost a second off of her standing 500m time. On a 2k TT she went 3 seconds faster than her previous PR, 2 months prior! Monique’s impressive performance earned her a gold in the points race, silver in the scratch, and bronze in both 500 and 2k TTs at Master’s World Championships this past year.

Coach BJ has been working as the Head Development Coach for USA Cycling’s Search for Speed Program, an initiative to find and develop talented athletes into competitive track sprinters.

Sara had broken the world record outside at sea level this year, but without the correct officials, it wouldn't stand as an official result. So she went on to win at worlds, and then smash the f200 world record in MX just a little later.⁠

Kirk, Aram, and Sean rode to a gold at nationals in support of their friend Dean. Months later at worlds, the last minute subbed in Jim Thiel when Sean was unable to compete. When it would be easiest to give up, these guys kept pushing, and walked away with a hard fought 🥈 at worlds. Don't mess with the Dean's List...💪⁠
