Another one through Due Diligence, and Under Contract!
Sometimes, you don't spend weeks or months looking at homes before you find the right one! We found this one after only 2 days of looking! Love when that happens. Congratulations to my buyers!!! 🏡🎉

I started working with these clients initially in 2022. The market at that time was crazy! Interest rates were very low, which was great. But, was it a good time to buy? Not for everyone...
Homes were flying off the market, literally. And, if you wanted a standing chance, you had to offer way over asking, and pay all of the closing costs. At a MINIMUM.
This made it very difficult for this couple to buy, so they decided to wait. They came back to me this year and were ready to try again. Yes, interest rates are higher, but the market is much more stable, and we were able to find the perfect home for them without giving up their right arm 😜
So happy for them!!! 😍🏡
