The last home I listed we we went into multiple offers and sold slightly over asking price because my sellers took my advice and used this strategy. Most recently my buyers won an offer in a multiple offer situation because the home was also listed slightly under market value when we reviewed comps before making an offer. Growing up I knew how much I loved the dental field so I went into college changing which direction in the dental field I wanted to go and getting experience there. I was a year in to Dental Hygiene school when 2 weeks before I got married I found out I wasnāt going to meet the requirements for that semester and wouldnāt move on. I was devastated and had no idea what I was going to do with my life. Then 2 weeks later, on our honeymoon, my aunt whoās a Realtor in Nashville, suggested I get my real estate license.Me!? Real estate?! I thought I was way too introverted but I got my license and started working with a team and fell in love with helping other people accomplish their dreams and goals in real estate. Thereās never a day in the life of real estate thatās the same as it was yesterday. There is so much you can do with your license and building generational wealth through real estate is so much more achievable than people realize.Iām so grateful for that closed door because it gave me a purpose bigger than myself. So this is your gentle reminder to be patient with yourself and trust in the lords plan for your life. When adversity hits keep going by having faith that the right doors will open for you and the wrong ones will close.
Planting roots in real estate today cultivates the soil for future dreams. Every property purchase is a seed of financial growth. Now donāt hear what Iām not sayingā¦ that doesnāt mean haul off and make a financially dumb decision. Each person has their own set of circumstances but overall I need you to understand this concept. #realestateinvesting #homeownership #starterhometodreamhome #buildingwealththroughrealestate

Is it true Iām getting charged more for having good credit?
HOLD UP! Donāt go delaying payments and messing up your credit just yetā¦
In short, yes if you have a higher credit score you will in fact be paying more than you previously would have. However, you will still be playing much less than someone with a lower credit score.
For this example weāll use a homebuyer with a 5-10% downpayment:
š¹ With a 740 credit score youād be paying .625% which is up by .375%
š¹ With a 620 credit score youād be paying 1.875% which is down by 1%
Per the Biden administration these efforts were taken to try and shorten the gap between the cost of home buying between buyers with āgoodā credit and ābadā credit, in an attempt to help with more affordable housing options. So you see that having a higher credit score still is your best option.
