Mole is a mysterious category of sauces that features a wide range of ingredients and when made right are an absolute delight, slightly spicy, slightly nutty, slightly sweet, but mostly savory with subtle hints of warm spices such as clove and cinnamon, it is a sauce that once you taste a good version of it you will be searching for that flavor for the rest of your life. We pair a scratch made mole rojo with our house ground pork & beef chorizo and serve it next to cornbread that’s made with top quality masa harina, the masa harina makes it taste like one big fluffy corn tortilla. It is an absolute killer small plate, inspired and honest cooking!

UPDATE :: $555 was raised and donated to Manna FoodBank to help aid those impacted by Hurricane Helene.
Asheville is a place very near and dear to our hearts. The connection to nature, food and culture that we feel has always made it feel like home away from home in the times that we have visited. The recent devastation that has occurred due to Hurricane Helene has been awful to witness.
Therefore for the next week we will be donating 100% of our proceeds of the Rainbow Trout Sandwich. The best trout in American is sourced from the Carolinas, which is where we source ours.
Donations will be made this time next week to the manna_foodbank in Asheville, NC, supporting flood relief efforts.

Meet Trey, one of our talented team members whose passion for culinary creativity shines through in every dish he prepares. Since joining Table 20, he has become a dependable team player, always ready to support his colleagues and keep the kitchen running smoothly. Trey's positive attitude is infectious, bringing a sense of camaraderie to the team. He approaches every shift with enthusiasm, inspiring others to elevate their work.

We would say ‘Meet Casey’, but if you’ve been to Table 20 in the past 6 years you probably already have. Casey’s smile and laughter is highly infectious and she’s guaranteed to give you A+ service. Even as a mom of two beautiful little ones, she always still comes in every shift bouncing with energy! She has unwavering integrity and is truly someone we are so fortunate to have a part of our staff.
Fun fact about Casey is that she’s the only staff member to ever have a dish named after her - ‘Shrimp Toast for Casey’.
What is your favorite thing about working at Table 20? Building relationships with my community through service. I have so many regulars that I would also consider dear friends.
What is your current favorite dish on the menu? I’m really loving the new chargrilled half chicken. Chef Christian taught me everything I know about chicken.

Hey folks, starting next Sunday two of our very talented line cooks Trey & Max will be hosting their very own barbecue pop up at Table 20. They’ve been working very hard developing some of the most delicious barbecue in the area, doing things the old fashioned way, low and slow. They’ll be running this for a little while on Sundays out of our restaurant. They really need your support that first weekend!
