Colletta is a charming Italian eatery located in Fenton. From the moment we stepped inside, we were enveloped in a warm and inviting atmosphere that perfectly complemented the rustic décor and soft, ambient lighting.

The menu offered a wide array of classic and contemporary Italian dishes, but the standout of the evening was undoubtedly the burrata. This dish was a true masterpiece. The burrata was exceptionally creamy and fresh, paired beautifully with roasted strawberries, basil, and a drizzle of high-quality balsamic. The combination of textures and flavors was both simple and sophisticated, making each bite an absolute delight.

The service was impeccable, with the staff being both attentive and knowledgeable. They were more than happy to provide recommendations and ensure that our dining experience was nothing short of exceptional.

In addition to the burrata, we sampled a variety of other dishes, including the house made pasta and a decadent tiramisu for dessert. Each dish was prepared with the utmost care and attention to detail, reflecting the restaurant’s commitment to authentic Italian cuisine.
