It’s a cold noodle dish with green tea soba noodles, cucumbers, carrots, bean sprouts, scallions, and yellowfin tuna. Sprinkled with some furikake and served with a ginger sesame sauce. This dish is super refreshing and perfect for a hot summer day!🍜
