Prioritizing Mental Health in Our Schools 🧠❤️
At school, it’s not just about academics—mental health matters too! Students face pressures from all directions, and providing access to mental health support can help them thrive both inside and outside the classroom. Whether through counseling, family sessions, or wellness activities, mental health services in schools are essential for building resilience, emotional intelligence, and a brighter future for every student.

Anxiety vs. Depression ☁️
Understanding the difference between both is crucial.
While they are very different conditions, their symptoms often overlap, making it hard to differentiate one from the other.
Anxiety often manifest as excessive worry or fear about future events. On the flip side depression is characterized by a persistent feeling of sadness.
Check for symptoms and look for help.

It’s always the little things that could make a big difference. 🫶🏻
