We’ve been so fortunate to have Dr. Melamed on our team for nearly three decades. During his time at Wake Radiology, he spearheaded cross-departmental collaboration, helped advance our orthopedic imaging and pain service, and led the charge to strengthen our bone densitometry service. Because of Dr. Melamed’s work, Wake Radiology became the first multisite provider group in the U.S. to receive certification from the International Society of Clinical Densitometry.
