Happy spring!

I want to thank my clients for their partnership over the past few months. Spring training, consulting, and keynotes have been amazing due to the through-provoking interactions with participants. It was a blast!

Thank you to Blue Cross NC (BCBSNC). BCBSNC teams worked on Tips and Tricks, many sessions of , and : Telling a Story with Data. BCBSNC teams work to master new tools that will make their jobs more productive and serve their customers more efficiently. I enjoy being a BCBSNC training partner!

Thank you to Guilford Technical Community College | GTCC for inviting me to facilitate , , and Tips and Tricks for leaders, faculty, and staff. GTCC teams and employees are working their tails off to better serve their clients and bring their “A” game to work each day. I love working with this forward-thinking group.

A favorite keynote this spring was The Power of Positive , given to the leaders of Community Affordable Housing Equity Corporation (CAHEC). This conference, held in beautiful, Greenville, SC, was full of energy. I love the CAHEC mission - working with them is an honor.

Thank you to one of my Canadian partners, Home Hardware, Building Centre & Furniture Stores, for allowing me to work with analysts on Intermediate topics. The Home Hardware teams are phenomenal and so much fun to work with.

January went quickly, and I'm looking forward to February! I want to thank my amazing clients for such a great start to 2024.

This month, I want to give a special shoutout to Blue Cross NC for asking me to facilitate a special topics seminar for their claims professionals. This group was so rewarding to work with - great questions and absolute dedication to learning new topics.

Also, my groups at Pepsi Bottling Ventures are always such a pleasure to work with. In January, they offered , , , and seminars to diverse groups of professionals. Their teams are ramping up for success!

I have to pinch myself when I consider how fortunate I am to work with great organizations and their leaders - all of whom are dedicated to learning, staying relevant, and working toward success. The future of business and industry is bright in 2024!

Wow - October blew in hot and heavy! Fortunately, it is time for me to thank some of my valued business partners.
